Our courses

Originated in Eastern philosophies, we teach a secular approach to mindfulness - which is really all about cultivating an awareness of the present moment, on purpose, without judgement. You already have all the tools and skills to hand that you need to become more aware and more present, you just need to tap into them. Come on a journey of curiosity and self-discovery with us - no matter what walk of life you’re coming from. It’s never too late to start.

Becoming more aware takes effort and discipline. It’s a conscious approach to life, and if done consistently brings many benefits. It’s not a panacea. We are not claiming this is the solution. We believe however that everyone can do this and give it a try, if you are ready to do so. Whether you are based in the UK, in Europe or elsewhere in the world, we look forward to you joining us!

Mindfulness can be taught to an extent but it is really an experiential learning. We offer different courses for which you can sign up here - either for yourself or by gifting it to someone you love. We run our courses online and have had participants from all over the world.

While what we offer isn’t therapy, we are creating a safe space to discuss your experiences with the practices and tools you’ll be learning. Participants have commented that they’ve found the weekly conversations of the MBSR course in a safe space with others like therapy, being part of a group and community of like-minded people on a journey of self-discovery.

Our main courses on offer are:

  • For groups: 8-week mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) courses

  • For individuals: 1:1 mindfulness-based coaching

 

MBSR 8-Week Course

The Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course is an evidence based approach teaching you techniques to become more aware and find ways to deal with stress.

This is a group course, available for individuals to join. It can also be tailored to your company / team needs. Please reach out to us for more details.

 

1:1 mindfulness-based coaching

Mindfulness coaching can be applied to any situation, whether you’re looking to better manage stressors in your life, whether you want to improve your overall health and wellbeing, whether you want to improve focus or find more balance and contentment.
