ONLINE Retreats

My half day online retreats are a great way to take a break from our busy lives to experience silence, meditate together and create space to turn inwards. During the 3 hour retreats, I will lead you through a variety of mindfulness meditations, gentle movements and inspirational readings to cultivate a sense of presence.

You will have the opportunity to practice with others, from the safety of your home.

The retreats are:

  • Suitable for those who are either completely new to mindfulness or with some experience in mindfulness based practices who would like to practice in a more formalised setting
