1:1 Mindfulness-Based Coaching
Mindfulness-based coaching is a great opportunity to explore where you are at, what your strengths are, where you may want to develop or do things differently, and how to get there.
What is coaching?
It can help you identify goals and work out options to achieve those goals, with the added bonus of having someone who can hold you to account - it can be applied to any situation - whether you’re looking to better manage stressors in your life, whether you want to improve your overall health and wellbeing, whether you want to improve focus or find more balance and contentment
What is mindfulness-based coaching?
Using content and tools from the MBSR course, you can work with me on your specific goals over the course of 8 x 1 hour weekly sessions. You get the benefits of evidence based tools and frameworks, while working 1:1.
