Hi, I’m Jo
Having walked my own path through stress, I now help others find their path too.

My Journey
My path began in primary and special needs education in the UK, but it was the experience of teaching in a monastery in Nepal that gently reshaped everything. Although I arrived as a teacher, I soon found myself becoming a student too, learning how to live mindfully by reconnecting with the present moment. Since then, mindfulness has become both my practice and the way I move through the world.
My work is shaped by mindfulness – helping people reduce stress and find more ease and balance. I hold a trauma-sensitive lens, so the space I create feels soft and accessible, often supported by the grounding practice of Qigong.
After years of nomadic life, I’ve found a home by the ocean in a small Portuguese village. Here, nature continues to inspire my everyday practice and teaching.
