I offer a variety of courses, including the evidence based 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) courses for the general public or for organisations and 1:1 mindfulness-based coaching. As a part of my Kids’ Wellbeing offer, I host 1:1 and group online sessions for children and their parents/teachers.

I co-host Yoga & Mindfulness Retreats in Algarve, Portugal. In addition, I run half day online retreats as part of the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction course, which are also open to people who are not currently enrolled in a course.

Join me for a 2-hour group workshop to learn about mindfulness and how it helps reducing stress. You will also have a chance to practice meditation in a small group and to ask questions about starting your own mindfulness journey. I offer it at yoga studios in Portugal and online, tailored for your company needs. Contact me, if you would like to organise this workshop for your team.
