During the 3 hour retreats, I will lead you through a variety of mindfulness meditations, gentle movements and inspirational readings to cultivate a sense of presence.<\/p><p class=\"preFade fadeIn\">You will have the opportunity to practice with others, from the safety of your home.<\/p><p class=\"preFade fadeIn\">The retreats are:<\/p><ul data-rte-list=\"default\"><li><p class=\"preFade fadeIn\">Suitable for those who are either completely new to mindfulness or with some experience in mindfulness based practices who would like to practice in a more formalised setting<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"preFade fadeIn\">A great way to treat yourself or to gift it to someone who seeks the feeling of calmness and grounding.
